Which days will Vancouver host matches?

Seven matches will take place in Vancouver, one on each of the following days:

  • Saturday, June 13
  • Thursday, June 18
  • Sunday, June 21
  • Wednesday, June 24
  • Friday, June 26
  • Thursday, July 2
  • Tuesday, July 7

Match kick-off times are not yet confirmed, and we will learn which teams play in Vancouver through FIFA’s Final Draw on December 5. Stay tuned for more information.

I live or work in the area. How will the event impact me?
  • Local access will be preserved wherever possible.
  • Temporary closures and access limitations will also occur on non-match days to expand the stadium footprint and ensure safety.
  • Residents, businesses and other impacted groups will be notified in advance of closures.
  • Walking and wheeling access will generally be maintained with some exceptions.
  • The City of Vancouver is working with TransLink to support increased travel demand.
  • The City is looking at different travel modes to help mitigate impacts during the tournament such as working with the ride share and taxi industries and integrating bike and shared scooter use into planning.
  • Employers are encouraged to promote alternative travel options.
Will businesses need to close?
  • No, businesses can remain open. However, some access restrictions may apply on matchdays.
  • Deliveries will be treated as local traffic but may need to be part of a master delivery schedule.
